Impact II Bruker Daltonics, project instrument

High-resolution ESI-TOF-MS (electrospray ionisation time-of-flight MS). Optionally also with Direct Probe or APCI source. For high-resolution LC-ESI analyses also with a UHPLC from ThermoFisher Scientific. Electrochemical detector/ reaction cell Roxy from Antec for liquid samples (direct inlet and liquid chromatography).

Microflex LRF Bruker Daltonics, project instrument

MALDI-TOF-MS (Matrix-supported Laser Desorption Ionization Time-of-Flight-MS). For protein and polymer analyses.

MicrOTOF Bruker Daltonics, service instrument

ESI-TOF-MS (electrospray ionisation time-of-flight MS). For LC-ESI analyses also with a UHPLC from ThermoFisher Scientific or an Agilent 1100 HPLC.

Esquire 3000Plus Bruker Daltonics, service instrument

ESI-Ion Trap MSn (electrospray ionization ion traps MSn). For low-resolution ESI analyses and for investigating fragmentation; optionally with a 2300 TurboFlow HTLC system from Cohesive Technologies for LC-MS analyses.

API 2000 AB SCIEX, service instrument

ESI-Triple Quadrupole MSMS (Electrospray Ionisation Triple Quadrupole MSMS). For low-resolution ESI analyses and to investigate fragmentation; optionally with a Jasco 900 HPLC from Jasco for LC-MS analyses.
